    Carl97...

I know you spent quite a bit of time on your fan controller, but I'd suggest going a different route...

Why not use PWM fans and build a PWM Controller? That way you're not limited to low power fans...

Example... That is a 6000 RPM Nidec Fan -- 260CFM/520PA static pressure... And it is 4.45A (6.5A Startup)... The fan is connected stratight to the PSU for power (12V) and the controller takes care of the speed regulation via PWM signal.

Example 2... That's a 6000RPM San Ace fan - Same 260CFM but not as high on the Static Pressure. It' is also rated for somewhere around 45W so it would blow your controller, and most commercial ones up... But since the fan is PWM... Just feed it 12V and control the speed via PWM signal.

This is the place where you will find circuit layouts and a bunch of controllers built by other members as well.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks! Yes, well you say, but I will make bigger hole in the steel plate.

Thank you for the tip! But unfortunately I did not want to build a new controller ... This controller somehow to be controlled the PWM signal?

For what is worth.... the controller I built cost me about $10 in parts and it took me no more than an hour to put together... So it's not a super hard thing to do.

The controller I built (on the video) sends PWM signal to PWM fans and that's how I control the speed at which they spin. Think of it as a CPU Fan header, but with much more refined control... The CPU Fan header controls PWM fans, but it only increases/decreases speed in 10% increments whereas this controller gives you the full range.
