I like the new heatsinks. Do you mind if i ask where you got them from?

I would love to add some of these in white, to my XMS3 - not sure if that would be possible though?

Nice set of pictures, i was going to ask for an update anyway :p
I like the clean look of the build, even though there won't be too much modding.
Would you mind telling me where you got your parts from? I can't seem to find too many good watercooling retailers in France...

(subbed by the way :D )

Those are some impressive looking heat sinks. I thought I was looking at a weapon for a second.

Thanks, i got them on a french website. (Docmicro) But am sure you can find them on other site.

You can send me a MP and I'll give you more detail, not sure we can told about shop here ?

    Thank you ;)

Well, some work as been done already. I did some custom painting on some of the parts already. I finished the work on the RAM and the MB.

I did 2 full mod recently too (see sig). That should show that am actually doing my work from start to finish. Mind you am working slowly (real life and all), but am working alright...

Then post slowly. Your photography-Fu is strong, but we do not really need to see more pretty pictures of components.

new update, with more parts and some real progress this time. :p

First, the color scheme for the sleeving. I wanted to stay away from the classic color combo. I think it will look perfect with the all black.

    EK compression fitting 12mm.

    EK Back plate.

    EK waterblock for Gainward.

All fitted (with back plate painted)

Now, some progress on the case.

I had to cut some of the top slide cover in order to fit the radiator. As you can see, it won't be able to slide all the way back anymore. but it's good enough to use.

    Perfect fit now.

Fixed 1 support for the reservoir. I will only use one. Their is no way to fix another one because of the cable management already in place from Corsair.

A bigger view now. RAM and CPU cooler are in as well as the GPU. Yo can see the reservoir placement better. It will hold together better with the connection from the top to the radiator.

For now, Am still trying to figure out a way for the top filling port. Right now, I didn't come up with a decent solution. The only thing I came up with involve Silver Bitspower parts (only have those in stock...) Which kinda look weird...

Will be starting the sleeving this week.

Finished the front panel sleeving. it was a pain to do because the cable are big.

Sadly, I could not hide the USB2 heat shrink inside like the other. But it look fine anyways.

Some final shoot of all cable.

USB3 cable that goes to back. Those are not easy to do, but they can be sleeve from the front panel.

    Hope you like it. :)

Congratulations man, you did a great work! :thumb:

You can make some pictures to the internal roof of the case?

Because i want to see how the radiator is placed in the roof and the internal space.

Marcos, I take more screen of the internal roof once I get the 140mm fan in.

In the mean time, I had some more work to show.

    8 Pin CPU done.

    Global view of the back.

Some shoot of the front cable.

Nanoxia FX12 1200rpm. Had a hard time finding the 120mm version, had to go to Paris chines shop to get one. :p
    [IMG]

Off you go ugly sticker. :p
    [IMG]

    Better no ?

And some back view of the fan mounted. With no visible screw of course.

And to finish this off, couple shoot of them inside.

Hold up tight till next update. :p

    Thanks guys ;)

I have some update work will some nice progress there. :D

    The new pump.

The same fan as before, but this time in 140mm.

The fan mounted. You can see I had to cut the angle of one to make it fit. And believe me its a damn close fit !

    Some UV lead stip.

    A small teaser UV shoot
    [IMG]

I did say it was a damn short fit. but it goes in. When I get told it won't fit, well I made it work :D
    [IMG]

You barely have space to remove the RAM...

Instead of making the cable to size, I had an idea to decorate that pump, like it ?

It's alive. well almost look like life is growing inside it. :D
    [IMG]

Hopefully, I'll have more news before the end of the weekend.

Thank you for reading me. :)

Awesome rig, that is really close to the one i want to build. Just my question and it was driving me a little worried about it in last couple days "Did you had to change anything at the top of the case in order to fit the 280 radiator?" I know the case have support for 2x 140 mm fans but Corsair don't specify that it can. Or even should i have to completely move the radiator in direction of the side panel to have enough space for a mobo/ memories. What i was thinking also was to just putting it in top of the case with the EK rad holders but its always good to know if i can put inside it if i don't like the looks at top.

    Hi all,

Am now back from holidays, I catch up from a busy first week at work (with all the backlog and all). !

Regarding the 2 questions on the 280 Rad, I will say that is a very damn close fit with the EK rez. It may not be the same with anything else. It did require a few modification. Including cutting a angle of a fan. It all depend of the Rad used.

Now am ready for the final sprint before the grand final. :)

The fill up line. Sadly I had to use "in stock" silver shiny to avoid breaking the fixed butdget. But you can hardly see it.

    Ready to fill up.

Modified front DVD cover. I used a cover from my ATCS840 as they are bigger. It's a little more darker, but the photo exemplify it much.

The pump fully install on 4 anti-vibration
    [IMG]

I tiddy up the cable under the mother bord. You can see the 8pin + 6 pin video too.

I like the routing of the 8pin in the front. :)

More sleeve :D We all like sleeve :p
    [IMG]

A closer shoot of the drain line fixed on the bottom panel with a pass trough.

And to finish it. 4 photos of the 24pin. Enjoy !

Re-doing the SATA power cable, because I did not like the way i made them. Then I will do the final photo shoot. :)
