    there will be alot more tomorrow ive spent the last 5 hours working on the design for the other panel. :)

    Well the end result is worth it but it still doesnt change the fact that sitting for hours and hours with the dremel filling out big areas is rather boring :)

    I agree with that statement, There´s nothing more boring then filling, It creates a lot of black dust (from the paint on the case) and takes ages. But the as Wolverine said, The end result is always amazing :D

    I'm of the asumption it will dull over time and even in humid locations may start to show signs of rust as the 800D is steel. what are you treating the bare metal with?

    I dont treat it at all. Ive done over 500 engravings and even the oldest steel cases i have that was engraved 4 years ago doesnt show any sign of fading or rust.
