    Update 7 - 24july-2011 -

This weekend i made some progress.First i made the 2 doors the top,rad and front plate.

    Fresh from the lasercutter.

    The top plate.

    The front plate.

    The left door.

    The right door.

The rad plate placed inside the case.

To make it as clean as possible i use stainless steel m5 standoffs and weld them on the plates.

Welded the standoffs on the top plate.

Drilled the holes in the frame for the frontplate.

Sink the holes inside the frame.

The front plate finisht anfd assembled.

Ofcourse the top plate needs some mesh but thats for later now further with the right door.

First drawning the lines for the holes.

Also used the m5 standoffs for the door and drilled the same holes in the frame.

    Assembled and finisht the door.

Now its time to put the front on the case. For the front i must use screws because if i dont i cannot reach the holes anymore. The top and right door are blocking the holes.

Sink and tapped the holes inside the frame.

Now its time to putt the front on and this is how the case looks after this weekend.

    Update 8 - 1 Aug 2011 -

Its holiday time but yesterday i was able to sneak out and do some modding.I finisht the left door.

First i welded the stanoffs on the door plate.

Then i drilled the holes in the door frame. One side 6mm and the other side 9mm.

Then i put it all together and finish it and this is how it looks.

This is a list of things that i have to do before i can start to work on the lights and wc setup.

1- Handle for the left door
    2- Plex window
    3- Hdd bracket
4- Mesh for the rignt door and top plate
    5- Case feet
    6- Pump bracket
7- Fan plate for three 120mm casefans

So still allot to do.More to come.

yes please dont take it any other way as I ment as you stated as a matter of taste, Dont mean to knock your build, was just simply stating that my personal taste, then again its not my build and I shouldnt have said anything.

please keep up the great build, I just wont look at the grills... LOL

This case has some really nice metalwork going on here. People like you who have these kinds of skills and access to that kind of equipment make me sick!

Been reading around on these forums for awhile. This thread made me want to register... amazing work on this, wish I had the resources and skills to do something like this. Also love that wall desk and test bench. Great stuff.

I remember the start of this log and then some how missed a lot of it. It's come on a long way and looking superb. I like the Lambo style door, thats a nice touch. The desk and the test bench, both excellent work. I'll be watching this from now on. Top modding dude...+ rep
