    I'll have to join the crowd and say #1.
    If you have had straight corners of the case it would have been #2. But right now #1 compliments the case very well.

    Top Plate

    Hey i'am back with some news;)

    Today i finished the top plate, i think it fits perfectly to the design of the case :naughty:.

    But here are some tests from the logo with the CNC

    The CNC code still needs a bit fine tuning that I can also mill it in the case ;)

    :D but not very often, bacause its the CNC of my uncle.
    And the top plate were made with a normale milling machine.

    with a CNC i never thought it was so difficult.

    Because i could not rip completely the case, i can not clamped it into the CNC machine with the current position of the logo.
    But i change the position of the logo that it still fits.

    I turned the logo and place it on the right side ;)

    Looks very promising - however, I think the 3D previews are giving too much away (I never thought that'd be possible!)

    This is true .. although feedback on potential ideas can't hurt, we could give lots of good ideas and then the real thing will blow us away I'm sure!

    Btw I prefer it at the top of the case .. why not have it bending round the case AUR on the side then ORA on the front ... just for designing kicks

    Hey thanks for the good ideas ;)

    Redmanc very good idea but it wouldn't work with the cnc, because the cnc is very small and i can only mill the front of the case...

    and kosovar i'm sure your case looking good, but all links from your pictures are down ;(

    Now i'm waiting for new material with i can work with, hope it comes soon.
