So, the website is live, let speculation commence!

If this is half as good as WoT then it'll definitely be worth playing.

p.s. Website running deathly slow atm, leave it 'til tomorrow to have a look.

I'll most certainly play it, just so long as I can perform a Barrel roll as I blow someone out of the sky: I'm happy.

THIS is what I will play. Tanks.. not so fussed. Planes, very much so.

Now just to build a simulator seat...

Depends how it plays. I thought WoT was a bit boring tbh. Planes are fun, but will it be more fun than playing them online in Arma2?

im one of the few that thinks WOT is a fatally flawed game. i played it through beta but couldnt bring myself to carry on after that. ill probably do the same with warplanes (BTW, was choosing the acronym WOW a wise idea?).

    Also never liked WOT.

    This seems much more interesting.

The grind mechanic is a bit of a turn-off, however.

I'll take a look. depends on how easy it is to control. Wondering if it will be arcade or realistic.

Also, I keep pushing this in WOT.... World of Transformers.

I reckon it'll be the same as WoT was - delays and a long beta period, but I'd expect something playable by this time next year. Hopefully they won't move too many staff over to this, as WoT still has many features to come.

I'm about to do an interview with Wargaming.net about World of Warplanes; does anybody have any particular questions they'd like me to ask?

All the questions I can think of have been answered by the rumour mill... :(

    I suppose I have one:
Will we eventually see a linkup between WoT, WoW and WoB to form a complete theatre of warfare, or will they be separate games with a linked economy?

There was an interview with a developer who said no because the size of the maps wouldn't permit it.

    Greetings!
What kind of weapons will the planes carry? Machine guns, cannons, rockets, missiles?
Prototype\Late WWII german planes wil be included?
If a junction with WoT is ever planned, bombers will be included?
