Case Mod - In Progress Corsair Graphite 490T bullet - update: 150811 - Final Pics before Gamescom

Very nice colour combination! Like said before by others, much more colour balance now in the case! Maybe paint the northbridge coolblock orange as well?

Today its update time
we made a short video of the first test of the custom reservoir mounted inside the case, so that we could see/test if the small plexi propeller will rotate when everything is finished.

At the moment its spinning a bit slow, but that is the result of too much air inside the system, so as fast as we get the last bubbles out, the propeller will spin faster...

 

It works! Apart from the flowmeter being surrounded in bubbles, very good job!

 

Won´t you be using orange coolant? : (

But awesome paint job ; ) I see i´m not the only fan of automotive industry colours!!!!

 

This is pretty epic. I'll be watching this one for sure. Corsair should def have an interest in this

yeah, i also see it on twitter and couldn´t believe my eyes first

no, not at the moment....but the pearleseant liquid which mayhem develops at the moment looks really interesting ...so maybe we´re changing it after the Gamescom ...

that also brings me to the next point.....Gamescom....is starting in 2 days (tomorrow only a bit of preparation there) so we had to finish the last details and finish the assembling so that we could take the case with us....

Sweet work guys, I like the shot of the modded case next to it's original box looks like you'll have quite a few awesome entry's to all case mod comps at the modding championship which should win in at least 1 of them I nearly accepted but I wasn't sure on how I'd get there & my case needed a bit more work, would have been cool to see some of these awesome mods with my eyes .
