I've been trying to access my uni website for 3/4 days now, and ever since its been really slow, and the page either loads up very slowly (worse than dial up) or does not load up at all.

I need regular access to the website since all the notes are online, so its really frustrating.

This appears to be just happening to my network. I've tried it on a pc connected using ethernet straight to the modem as well as on a laptop and my phone's wifi.

Also when I turn the wifi off my phone and use it's data plan, it loads up at the same speed as other sites.

I've tried resetting the modem, cleared the dns on my desktop but nothing has helped.

I don't think its a problem at the uni's website, as it also loads fine at my friends house.

These are the websites I need to access:

    http://www.gla.ac.uk/

http://fims.moodle.gla.ac.uk/ (This one is more important and its taking longer to load than the homepage)

P.s. I've also tried Chrome, Firefox, IE and even tried it on Ubuntu, but still have the same problem. When I try a ping test it just times out.

Sounds like there is something wrong with your router. Have you tried to reset it?

Ok, no need to worry. As of today it's started loading fine again.

    Don't know what happened before.
