    Update 9 - 10 Oct 2011 -

The last 2 weeks of my holidays me and my wife were repainting the house inside and out. Also new floors and re newing some things.5 weeks ago i was almost finisht and i fell down and broke me a rib so again no modding. Now im recovered and its time to do some modding again.

First i took apart the lamptron fc8 fancontroller. Then i drilled the holes for the buttons and leds and mount it inside the case and this is how it looks.

Now this is finisht i can go further with making a bracket for the lcd screen. The screen i had was broken so i had to buy a new one.

The dimensions of this lcd screen were bigger so i had to make the hole bigger in the mobo plate.

Now this is finisht i can make the bracket. The screen has a plate on the backside with 4 holes in it.These holes im using for the bracket to mount the screen on.

Im using 2mm alu for the plate and 4x 10mm stainless steel standoffs with a lenght of 30mm.
First i drilled the holes in the standoffs and tapped them with m5.

The i cut me a piece of alu and drilled the mounting holes for the screen and for the standoffs.
Then i mount the bracket on the screen.

And this is how it looks inside the case.

Im happy im back to modding again so more updates to come. :D

Awesome as always. I just doubt the fan grill cutouts though.

    Update 10. -15oct 2011-

Today i made the intake..The piece im using is the piece i cut away from the mobo tray.

    Its this piece.

First i cut both side pieces and i used 2mm alu.

Then spotwelded them on the plate.

    Welded.

    Finisht.

Then i drilled the holes for the 120mm casefand and countersunk the holes.

And this is how it lookes for now.

    Update 11. 31Oct 2011

I was trying to put all the cables below the mobo but the space was to little to putt all of them below so i had to make some extra holes for the cables.

The extra holes are made and i putt in the holes for the fillports.

Then i putt the case together again and went home to fit the hardware in.

Then i start with the plumbing and this is how it looks at this moment.

Im still busy whit sleeving and fitting the hardware so more to come.
