    Hello,

We have all necessary vBulletin files and we want to install it on our website. It's legal.

What program we should use and how to install/transfer those files?

Also, if earlier was PHPBB3 forum, then all it's data will be erased?

FTP the files (according to the instructions) to the directory on the server you want to install it too, then run install.php (point browser to it)

I think thats how, anyway - the install.php might be different.
Yes, all data will be erased, but the mysql database will stay.

He tells me the problem is that he doesn't know how to do it. I mean, how to transfer, with which program... Now he's searching for more info. But still thanks.

    ?

You can open ftp using your file explorer! start->computer, type the full ftp url into the path, you will be prompted for credentials. then open another file explorer, browse to the files you want to copy. drag and drop.
