Surely the sound file is on somebodies computer somewhere. Nothing wrong with a motorised nerf gun in the wings ;)

yeah we´re going to make it out of the foam....we will lay fibreglass on it, but only to make it more resistant

man thats perfect!!! thanks a lot for sharing the link :clap::clap:

    time for an update:

in the last days we spent the most time on the outside of the shape....so that we could start laying fibreglass on it in the next days....

beside that we also prepared the first parts of the eye...they have been cut out of black/white plexiglas and will be covered by another layer which will act as lens (behind that plexiglas parts we will add a few red leds and a laser pointer for the different effects)

    thx m8!!

time for an update again :thumb:

we continued the work on the case with the eye, but before we did that we first made a quick test with the leds to see if it is bright enough or too bright....

then we drilled a hole in the center of the white layer where we could insert a small piece of plexiglas tube as center point of the eye and tunnel for the laser beam....

beside that we also continued the work on the foam body....

    thx m8´s!!!

sure :D we plan to integrate a motion sensor and a few tilt switches so that the electronics can dectect movement in front of the turret and motions of the turret itself (when its picked up)

time for a small update :D

in the last days we continued the work on the main body so that we could start with the fibreglass in the next days....

beside that we prepared a plexiglas lense for the eye...
