I'm glad to see that info is of interest to some people. :)
Just one last note on it before I'll let someone else steer this thread back on-topic:

Bear in mind that if you plan to do any emulation of PS1 or PS2 on your PC you'll need a legitimate BIOS file dumped from an actual console.
The emulators are distributed without the BIOS of the console because the BIOS is copyrighted to the manufacturer. Not distributing the BIOS is how the emulators can remain legal, legitimate software development projects that don't infringe on the manufacturer's IP whatsoever.

I don't want to cross any lines with this discussion, but suffice to say dumping the BIOS can be time-consuming (or it used to be when I last did it, in case things have since become easier) but the files can be acquired elsewhere, if you catch my drift.

Either way, it's definitely worth the hassle. I've made a point of donating to the PCSX2 project before as I felt it was really worthwhile.
PS2 games running with an internal and external resolution of 1920x1200 can look fantastic and some of the PS1 and PS2 games have surprisingly detailed texturing which can't really be seen at the console's own native resolution.

Using graphics plugins such as those by Pete Bernert for ePSXe can make some PS1 games look stunningly good. Final Fantasy 7/8/9 with full-screen filter effects, anti-aliasing and high internal resolution? Yes please. :D

Good call, some great apps there. Recommend Paper Camera, great app at full price, a steal for 10p!

Anyone wanting to play around with Minecraft should definitely pick up the portable version for 10p, it's only the basic creative mode at the moment but still fun to mess with on the go. :)

Asphalt 6 is also pretty good, definitely worth the 10p.
Be warned that you'll have to do a 524MB download on your phone to run Asphalt though (so avoid if you have a bad data plan!).

For anyone who doesn't have Skyrim yet, it's £19.99 at Gamestation.

:) Great price, it's a shame it's 'Out Of Stock' tho. Game.co.uk don't help as although they have the PS3 & Xbox360 versions for £22.49 the PC version is still listed as £30 (and still 'Out Of Stock').

    Can you not buy it from here;
    https://market.android.com/details?id=apps_timed_promotion
I bought a couple apps that said they couldnt download (due to insufficient space!) but still charged me, so i assume purchase tied to account. Thinking of buying these games for when i get a new phone to play it on!

That is what I tried, but I had to log in and my phone was not supported.
The only thing I have found through google is to install the SDK on you PC.

Thanks for this, picked up a few apps from the list. +rep :thumb:

It looks like the apps on offer will change every day for 10 days, so keep an eye on this each day.
