    Zalman Z9 plus is great for the money, its only £47 on scan!

    Coolermaster CM 690 II can be found for just under £60 if you look carefully. Bit's review is pretty accurate too.

    Coolermaster CM 690 II another vote for this. has good cooling and plenty of fan slots.
    also easy to open up thanks to the screws.

    Has anyone had any experience with the Coolermaster Silencio RC-550? £61 on Scan and looks a bit like a Fractal R3

    Xigmatek Midgard. Very similar to the Z9, but no marmite "Z" on the front
