That's nothing...I could fix it with a handful of weather stations but i prefer the 1-2% knock on production to the expense a weather station costs Holyyy ****, back to Anno then...
Put in a few more hours today; Getting there...only just had to inhabit other islands, for bio drinks, and wheat/ grain for pasta dishes, moved some other production off-site too, and fixed my eco balance
you're wasting quite a bit of space there Stickeh, don't be afraid to mix up road paths and house layouts, personally I've never been a fan of the corridor layout, too inorganic.
I got my copy today installed it hit play, the auto patcher starts and then it stays at 0/0. Anyone know why its doing this? Is it because of there servers being down?
yep, give it a try again tomorrow - should work then. I never had issues with the ubisoft updater, so if it still doesn't work, a reinstall would be best.
servers were down today for essential maintenance, they were up again when i checked a few hours ago.
EDIT:Yay fixed it if anyone else is having this problem then what you have to do is, 1)Launch regedit. 2) Search in HKEY_USERS for folder chain Software\Related Designs\AutoPatcher\ProxyConfig and open file UseProxy. 3) change 1 to 0
The game still launches the autopatcher anyway so even if its up to date you couldn't play because of it being stuck.
Well updated Anno 2070 today, now when i launch the game it says that the Ubisoft Game Launcher has not been found. Please reinstall Anno 2070.
Download and install this that should fix it. http://static3.cdn.ubi.com/orbit/launcher_installer/UbisoftGameLauncherInstaller.exe
Ordered my copy this morning as I didn't get it for Christmas. Got the collectors edition from ubi shop at £19.99. Hopefully it won't take too long to get here,
Got my copy two days ago. Was surprised at how big the package was, Finished the first part of the campaign, and some of the second part, and there's a few things annoying me already. Main thing is, it doesn't feel as slick and polished as 1404 did. Everything seems a bit jerky and cumbersome. Camera movement is too slow for me, and its not adjustable. There's no right click build shortcut menu either. I certainly haven't taken to it like I did with 1404, which I probably spent the first week of owning it playing it solidly.
Bump: I only just got this, and would enjoy if I could play some multiplayer with someone....As I really can't get into it...anyone interested? : 3
SNAP! I bought it yesterday and played a couple hours of the campaign until the missus got lary. Really enjoying it. Did have a dumbass 30mins though in one of the missions where by I didn't have enough income and it took me that long to think build more homes..... DoH!
