(i wasn't sure if i should put it under motherboards or graphics I'm sorry)
    info
    System Manufacturer HP Pavilion 061
    System Model EP001AA-ABA a1323w
    Processor x86 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 9 GenuineIntel ~3065 Mhz
    BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 3.24, 1/18/2007
    Total Physical Memory 2,048.00 MB
    Total Virtual Memory 2.00 GB
    Available Virtual Memory 1.96 GB
    Pentuim(R) 4 cpu 3.06GHz

the card i have is a msi n210

when i install the card i get checking nvram updated ok! then it freezes.
i left it for a good 35 mins.
i changed the settings to psi e on the bios
i updated the bios to the newest version
i unplugged my DVD ROM and second hard drive
i removed the jumper and replaced it
i removed the ram and reinserted them
    none of this has worked...
i would say the graphics card it out but this is my third one. if i got three bad ones in a row i just need to give up.:wallbash:

does anyone know how i can fix this?

unless you can try it in another PC then you need a new card. If thats your third one then try a different card.

I take it the NVRAM updated ok message is shown on the black BIOS screen at the beginning ?
