Nice selection - I've had a tough choice between 1st and last, but decided to vote for jrs77, simply because I am into passive-cooling big time, and luv the design. Thing is, should you go for it, you will need to do something about the upside-down heatpipes.

They won't perform to well in that orientation.

Cudos though, you have a good artistic skill.

Which is part of the reason this will be the last one here. Hardly anyone on BT these days give a rats a*** about anything but n00b questions in the tech support forums and the demote thread. (oh and ripping into anything AMD, linux, etc with no good backing evidence)

I remember when you had to post in a thread daily to keep a worklog/mod thread on the first page - now a thread needs a post weekly to stay on the front page.

There will be a design contest over @ LOSIAS around the relaunch - may not be any prizes but there will be kudos.

Sad tho that I didn't find time to work further on my design as SWTOR got released taking all of my spare time

Thanks MrBean. The heatpipes should work well in that orientation. Atleast they do with the coolers I've used so far, like the Samuel 17 or NT-06.

 

@confusis - I disagree. I think the slow feeling in the logs section is mostly due to a lack of activity from the "superstar" modders. Subscribers tend to have a look around after their favorite builder posts, and you get a flurry of posting activity.
We have...AngelOD posting semi-regularly this month? Everyone else is pretty quiet.

 

@confusis & cheaps: To be honest, I do not know what to think about the participation on BT. I was lurking since 2007, but only joined in the late 2010. Thread updates may seams to occur less often, but they generally are huge ones.

@jrs: I've voted for you matey, the only passive build in this contest. plus the design is gorgeous.
