Went out couple of times with my friends to shoot sporting clays in Long Island, NY. A beautiful woods course They have deer living there, and they're used to the sounds, they just look at you shoot clays from very close Anyways, here's a recent one of my 7D while on a gig Filming with my 7D by Neo - nimajus, on Flickr
That's beautiful Tim! Yes, I know, dust spot in the top left corner, I have a backlog of a few hundred photos to get into CS5, so let's skip that comment.
Already posted in the weather thread but this is my favourite from today: Snow covered Tree by OmegaPoint, on Flickr
This is the third or forth year I have shot this gymnastics competition so I decided to do something different and post a totally black and white collection. This is one of my favorites. tigerpaw.bw.2012-24 by shutterdoggy, on Flickr
If I want to see UFO's, I just close my eyes.... (and then they come, right after when the Pr0n ends)
Silohuette by ApertureV, on Flickr Just a random shot. Got bored and thought I'd try some high background lighting using my flash behind me.
That is an awesome Silhouette! Wow really creative I'd like the composition be shifted a bit. But the actual lighting on the face and the shot is brilliant! Today I got a very random gig at MoMA PS1, documenting a performance. While there I took some snapshot and kinda liked this one. Not sure why... _MG_1247 by Neo - nimajus, on Flickr
So I don't really contribute to this thread but do cast an eye over it almost daily. For my daughters birthday we took her and a friend to Chester Zoo for the day so I was keen to try and get a few shots. Now I took a chance on deciding to run manual settings all day as I'm simply not going to get the experience or learn anything letting the camera do it all. This was my first time actually trying to use manual on a DSLR so don't be too harsh lol. Also first time playing with a new lens I borrowed from my dad for the day - 70-200mm F4 L USM. Very nice lens but the lack of IS was a worry up till the day. Few shaking shots in the mix of around 400 but I've picked a few of the ones I like. Anyway heres a couple: I would say theres hope for me yet lol
Between work and a messy transition back to life in India, I haven't had time to post much around here. Here's a few from a play I attended a couple of weeks ago: Creep by angad84, on Flickr Wakey Wakey by angad84, on Flickr And a pair from the India Art Fair, a collection of occasional masterpieces amid a sea of general ponciness: Fat Boy by angad84, on Flickr Wings by angad84, on Flickr
