[OT]well i'm surprised that so _few_ people taught Russian in US :) in soviet union 80-85% of pupils taught english as language of most probable hostile... the rest taught language of other NATO allies - french, deutch, spanish...:D[/OT]

pp.amorim, I still do not know. I just decided on the mutual arrangement of parts, but the shape of the case from the outside is questionable. I have some ideas on this subject, but which of them will be put into practice depends on the location of the power supply and optical drive.
Waynio, not all. There is more bad than even me. [IMG]

Vetalar, It does not matter. English is taught as the most widespread language on Earth. If the Cold War turned into a Third World War, knowledge of languages would not have saved anyone: the whole world would have burned in a huge nuclear explosion.

Now that the main radiators is already there, I need to make shrouds for directing air flow. For the video card cooler shroud is a simple form. In the background I took a piece of MDF with rounded edges and covered it with tape.
For the CPU cooler will cover more complex shapes. I machined the basis of two layers of laminated chipboard.
Next, I covered both blanks four layers of fiberglass with epoxy resin.
At this stage, there are almost no photographs: hands were busy.
For fiberglass layers more tightly pressed together, I wrapped the blanks tape.
After curing, I removed the tape and processed surface with sandpaper. Then apply two coats of gelcoat to make it easier to grind the surface.

Then there was a long grinding ... My wife was unhappy with a lot of dust. But I said: "Darling, it's all for you." :duh: After that, she was angry. :D

Plastic traps electricity, metal lets it pass
Now you are prone to frying your mobo if even 0.0000000001v of electricity passes through it

I stop here before embarassaing myslef with the scarce knowledge of the language. Although I don't mind if you switch into Russian. :)
OnTopic: that is officialy the cleanest DEsolder of components out of a motherboard I have seen up to date. It's like they have never been pinned to the PCB on the first place. Amazing. And the fabrication of the heatsniks and the shroud....headshot.

Sutura, I can write text in two languages for the convenience of the Russian-speaking (under spoilers). My knowledge of English is also far from ideal. Fill the gaps in the lexicon helps Google online translator.

I'm not there because of it! I prefer to take risks on behalf of the beauty
And shielded capacitors? How is it?
I think his arguments are not valid because it does not present any risk, it is easier to short-circuit the capacitor connectors than a ...

    Decisions, decisions ...
Opted for Nvidia's products. They are lower profile and quieter operation.
After polished billet, I cut edges and drilled holes.
    [IMG]
First, turbine was mounted inside the enclosure. However, turbine was rubbing his upper edge of the cap screws on the radiator of north bridge. Then I cut a round hole in the casing and the turbine moved fixture on the other side of the casing, it is possible to bury the turbine to 2mm. That was enough.

Now the turbine for the video card.

Tore off the sticker, removed the retaining ring, pulled out the impeller, knocked the bearings. Then gently shaking, and separated the motor from a plastic base.
Then I grind off the ground so that was convenient to mount it on the other side of the casing, as a turbine of CPU cooler.
I had to grind just a little bolts that attach the turbine to its casing. Here's the result.

A little thinking and decided to improve the flow of air to the turbine of the CPU cooler. To do this, cut three holes around the base of the motor mount.
As such, the shrouds will be up to final assembly, to which I have them painted black.
