I need a new PC, threw this list together.

Probably could get rid of the cooler and take it down to 'just' 8 gig or ram. Is the PSU overkill? Worth spending the extra for a 6850?

I don't do any HD video editing, gaming wise nothing exciting, just the generic CS:S/TF2, would like to get into Civ V and the dolphin emulator.
I'm gonna use an old hard drive for now until they come down to what they used to be.

In an ideal world the closer to £400-ish would be nice. But, a little more isn't too bad.

Do you plan on overclocking this build?

Not initially, so I know i might not need the k, but I like the fact that I could easily do it if I wanted to.

A Sapphire HD 6850 1GB GDDR5 is only £20 more than the 6770, worth it?

I'd go with dropping the RAM to 8Gb and getting a better CPU cooler with the difference.

the Freezer 7 is getting on a bit and the BeQuiet Dark Rock or Gelid Tranquilo coolers are only a little more.
