I used to run my old T-bird axia 1GHz (100fsb) at 1.4GHz (133x10.5), it's my son's rig now running happily at 1.2GHz with an old FOP-32.
I forgot my graphics overclock too Elsa Gladiac 920 GF3 (bought when they first came out) from 200/460, with a change of heatsinks (TT Heatspreaders and an Akasa copper 1u cooler, rated to PIII 833), to 250/540
For video cards: Gf2 MX core and memory from 175/183 to 200/220 (was still slow though ) Gf3 Ti200 core from 175 to 200, memory from 400 to 480 Gf4 Ti4600 core from 300 to 320, memory from 650 to 730 (nice memory clock that was, aided by the 120mm fan blowing over the card though )
hope this works, never tried inserting a picture into a post. athlon xp 1800 (1.53ghz) @ 2256mhz i don't have nearly the tweaking experience as most of you, but i'm pretty happy with the results
Got my current XP2100+ from 1.7GHz to 1.95GHz. Never got it to even POST at that again. Ran through 3DMark 2001 once and then I had to lower the OC. Might try W/Cing in the future to see what I can do.
Best core speed Athlon XP2000 @ 1850 (148FSB) Best FSB Athlon XP2000 @ 1755 (195FSB) Best % increase Duron 800 @ 998 Now to see what I can get this K6/2 400 upto.
my 1.4 runs happy @ 1.6 can't remember the limit i took it too think it was something like 1.65+ but will try again soon as this is still my cpu and everyone else i now got god damn XPs even my mums comp beats mine O and where the vapo OCs like 3G P4 too 4.4G i saw that on some site
that's the best I can go with my barton 2500+ without having to put my xms timming higher... but it gives me a 18% OC and it's equivalent to a barton 2900+ so any free mhz is welcome I guess
I managed to get my herc gefore 2 mxc core from 175 to 260 i think it was. It was volt modded mind and not enitely stable i don't think. but hey its is still living and running, back down to standard now with the volt mod off it got a little warm to say the least. Sowler
XP1700 @ 12x210=2520mhz @ sync in dual ddr at turbo timings A-bit NF7S 2.0 2X TwinMOS PC3200 256mb with Winbond BH5 chips Copper based Taisol 760/12v delta 60mm/Coolermaster 200 At 1.65Vcore, Prime stable, w000t - the deltas annoying now tho, gonna go for more fsb next. So whats that 1064mhz overclock Ti4400 from 250/550 to 305/705
urrm wot u using to cool that cos i got no mem coolers and a zalman ZM80A-hp (big fanless thing) and get from 200/333 to 225/385 on my geforce2 GTS] i just have a fam blowing over the mem - must get ram sinks!!
I don't own the card anymore but I had some ram sinks made out of a 486 heatsink and used a thermaltake crystal orb running at 7v on the core. I don't think ram is affected by heat like the GPU is so cooling it wont affect its overclocking ability much. I must have just been lucky and got a good card!
ahh the days! My best OC was : Dual Celeron skt370, 400Mhz @ 570Mhz On the old faithful BP6, with modded Gorbs doing the cooling. Not OC'd since, as i now live in the real world here my car and house (and wife) spend all my money :
finally could hit the 2.25 bar now I got a barton 2500+ equivalent to a barton 3000+ 23.22% OC fully stable... so I think it's pretty cool especially since the barton 3000+ are very expensives
