This past weekend was full of race fuel, burnt rubber, and clashing of the titans at the 60th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. Raceday couldn’t have had better weather, and the teams were ready to kick off the season at one of the most grueling tracks of the ALMS and WEC Championships. Below are just a few snapshots of the event, taken from the several thousand photos that were shot that day. Sebring is definitely a difficult track to shoot, but nonetheless we’re here at AF to provide you up-to-date coverage of the racing seasons! 60th Annual Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring March 17, 2012 FROM TOP:Corvette was battling with BMW to be at the top of the GT class throughout the entire race FROM TOP:No ALMS race would be complete without the Audi R18 LMP1. Off topic and not due for a bit, but it looks to be shaping up as quite a grand celebration this year for BRM - could be worth a visit to get some nice shots of some very nice motors. http://www.brmday.co.uk/plans.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Racing_Motors
