Been a little depressed over the last few years as I haven't had a project of my own to work on. I have now got a plan for the next 10 years which involves working hard and getting what I want out of life.

No more will I be wondering what I want to do.

 

After a great deal of rage and reinstalls; I've finally got SLI up and running on my 550's once more. I really need to work out why the second card hates some drivers, though.

Which means i'm back on the Dozy Beast. F'ck yeah!

 

I remember the initial incident and subsequent Scan RMA, what was the issue in the end?

 

Haven't the foggiest what the issue was with the motherboard/psu/processor. Maybe a bit of coolant was simply stopping it from starting correctly. The 550Ti issue never went to scan, because the second card, with which the issue lies, wasn't bought from there. Well, it was, but I bought it second-hand off the original owner. Then spent ages fighting with it. (Nvflash 5.10 is so damn useful.) (Error 43 if ever I updated from included drivers, no known solution. Wouldn't've been too bad if said drivers didn't support SLI on my motherboard. Flashed my 550's bios across to the second, it played nice afterwards. Didn't directly compare the two Vbios, but they both had same filesize and version number, so i'm not quite sure why that worked.)

 

Logitech.

My Ultimate Ears headphones developed a fault a month or two past warranty, but Logitech were happy to replace them. I even got them to give me a better pair of headphones than they were originally offering as my warranty-replacement.

They do seem slightly inferior to the ones with the fault, but they were of the same financial value and they have not been burned in yet. Logitech were under no obligation to help me. So I can't complain.

I love you Logitech! <3

 

Got three worked examples of exam questions to practice there very similiar to the exam (values have been changed) so thats atleast 40 marks secured

Maths is looking a little better alot of the questions look like there pretty easy to do, i really don't want o have to reset as the questions are just taken from a wider selection and not on stuff are teachers are sure we understand.

 

Just found out I got 85% in one of my modules, (fully coursework, so the first module I know my mark in, exam period starts in a couple of weeks) was the one I was worried most about, also doing a presentation tomorrow on it which could results in some monies

Essentially I'm going to vanish in February.
