    Small update (Page 2)

Ok guys, sorry for my absence from the forums, i had degree exams to worry about, tedious but kind of important. Anyway, i'm back with a small update.
This week i machined some small support brackets to catch the motherboard tray. They're fairly simple but quite critical!

    Here are the pics:

There you go, simple but effective.

    Cheers

Afternoon, this is less of an update, but more of a teaser:

I went into work this morning with every intention of milling a backplate/motherboard tray to replace the crappy one that i've been using temporarily.

I found some pre-anodized aluminium sheets that will look great.

The only problem was that the manual mill stopped working SINCE the end of work yesterday. It's an electrical problem and i'm not about to go messing with 3 phase as i'm not qualified for any sort of maintenance work.

Anyway, until the thing gets fixed (hopefully next week) here are some CAD knock-ups of what i intend to make:

I haven't yet incorporated a PCI card mount system in case anyone wonders.

    Cheers
