Hi everyone, I wondered if anyone here knew of someone that could make a custom door for a TJ07? I would like to have a door on my TJ with a cut out pattern for the rad at the bottom, instead of the mesh panel that comes with them as stock. Ive got a few ideas but nothing concrete yet. I would also want a window cutting out, but nothing too difficult. I can get the painting done myself once the door is made. Any ideas? Or suggestions from people who have done it before? thank you
I would suggest that you find someone that does aluminium welding (TIG welding i think is needed) and get yourself a spare set of windowless panels. cut both of them exactly in half, then weld the 2 solid halves together. then go nuts with your window designs
