Mate., you're english is fine, as long as you're understandable, all good - there are not to many english professors on here.

Wrt the front steel bezel, if you make it from 5mm thick aluminium or steel, you can always drill 2.5mm dia holes 4mm into the backside of the bezel, tap them with a 3mm metric-fine tap, nd secure the bezel from he inside with regular 3mm metric fine PC screws...

@ OP: Nice job so far, luv what you're doing with the PSU and copper ends - very uniques, and novel - well done!

^I see. I was searching for modded Aerocool QS-202s in google and fortunately I found aio's work. I was so amazed that I had to register in this forum and ask some questions on how he did it since I was planning to mod my QS-202 too as soon as the tools that I ordered will arrive. Well, thanks for your help man. I really appreciate it.

    This is not through thread

Tools are very simple: screw tap with blunt tip and Drill with mark length (0.8mm)

Front panel is removable, yes. Вut it is not easy, 16 screws holding it :)

I hope I said it is accessibly :D my eanglish is too not very good

That's a damn cool effect that you've achieved there! Did you get the rail of taps electroplated?

this is nuts :jawdrop: very nice work there. is this a nod to star trek? the bubble tubes look like the beaming pads from the original star trek.....when the bubbles stop kirk, spock, bones and scotty should be standing there. :hehe:
