Mileage is indeed a number if servicing is good. I'm just not used to seeing numbers like that. Even my daily drive only does 9k a year, and my Mustang has only done 12,790 miles since new, and it will be 7 April. Wow... 7 years!... it doesn't seem that long.

 

No worries mate. I just couldn't buy a brand new car. I paid £20K for my car, and yet to buy it new with all the extras (Bang & Olufsen sound system - Xenon lights - LED daytime run lights - Adaptive Cruise control - Electric heated mirrors - Auto dimming rear view mirror - Auto Lights & Wipers -Electric/heated Seats - Sports pack, just to name a few) would have set me back £37K.
So to lose £17K in 3yrs - It just doesn't appeal to me.

I only buy ex company cars;
1, They are looked after
2, Serviced on time and by the main dealer
3, Motorway miles, so you know the engine has been driven properly. (None of this
Careful lady owner **** - Where the car has been left in the garage for a yr, and only used to go to the shops). Which can cause carbon build up in the engine etc.
4, Ex company cars are usually loaded with all the bells and whistles

Dell Vostro 470, GeIL Dragon 4GB DDR3 1600MHz, Akasa SSD mounting kit and Crucial m4.

However, I have a problem in that Dell only supply the Vostro 470 with one pair of hard drive rails, yet 2 hard drive bays. So I've emailed to find out why and how I can get another pair for the caddy. Also need a longer SATA cable. I ordered 15cm instead of 30cm! Doh!

Well it was £100+ cheaper than buying the parts and building it myself so yeah, I saved some money by buying a PC.
