Modding right angled floppy drive power connector

Anyone know if i can get one of these from anywhere? I want to put some ramsinks on my 9500pro but there is a power connector in the way of one.

Dunno of any but why don't you just get rid of the connector all together?

 

the connector is on my video card. The AGP slot doesnt supply enough juice apparently.
look here in the middle at the top.

It would be a pain when you switch cards but you could always just strip the wire and sodder it onto the connecter.

 

I was thinking that but i'd prefer something less messy. I've got a spare connector i can butcher. I'll have a closer look tonight, i'm sure theres something i can do with it.

fancy putting it right there though. I wonder if theres any technical reason...

 

Or solder wires to it (with heatshrink etc so its tidy) and put a molex connector on the end of the wires.... that way you just plug the wires in as normal.

Just cover everything with duct tape, and paint the duct tape with pretty flowers or somethin, that should do it
