It does have a orange hue...i went for a fluro red, didnt really come out right but im loathe to do another one as that controller is not staying,i may well just stump up for a FC 10 like i originally wanted....you think i could find one? No.

Now,if i could get an Aquaero to run all my fans and pumps and output to one of these

Thanks fella...new cam, still wildly out of control with it. :sigh:

Work doesnt get judged on quality anymore...:sigh:

There are guys on here i respect,im not naming them but you can guess, these are the builds that should be in these comps, something different and not a 'clone-a-build'

TBH im not sure why i entered....:wallbash:

Will you keep the watercooling liquid transparent? A red one would be perfect.

The build look amazing, congratulations for having a dream computer ;)

Off topic. Ok. This is my query. I need to build a scratch build case. The two side panels need to have 867 letters cnc'd out of them. Would 3mm aluminium be solid enough to retain its form after all the letters have been cnc'd out of it? Or should they be milled half way in? I don't think perspex would work in my build as it would allow too much light from inside the case to bleed through.
    Thank you for your thoughts.

you could mill out your letters half height and then infill with plexi...would look pretty sweet.

3mm would be plenty for your purposes

Hmm. Guess first step is to find a cnc'er here in Sweden. I like your idea. Glad I got no time frame in mind. I did think of a desk, but it wouldn't fit in with the theme.
But basing it on a sr2 at least i don't have to work out how many radiators i need. You already did it.
So at least I know the amount of space I need.

On Topic. Your build is awesome. It has pushed me to doing mine. The front panel looks....shibby.
    Love it.

What is wrong with this picture?

Yup,seems channel 2 had turned it toes up...no RMA for me as i have had to mod the faceplate to get it sitting flush with the front panel.

Now,here is my dilemma,do i get another one of these and use the existing panel or go for something else and remake the panel?
I would like to put a FC 10 in there but they are as rare as rocking horse poop and, seeing as i just finished my contract at work,a little bit too much money for what it is.....
    So,opinions are welcome....

Gutted, I'd try to get another of the same controller, panel is too nice to waste, not even tested mine yet. :eeek:

Congrats on the sponsor BTW. :)

Thanks Waynio, still waiting for the panel tho...i hope he hasnt forgotten :sigh:

I just emailed Lamptron, see if they would be interested in helping, see how that goes first.
I really dont mind redoing the panel,i would like to change the plexi for a red rather than fluro red that is there now.

Bummer. Is channel 2 still regulating and only the display gone (dunno if that's possible for one channel?), or is everything kaputsch? Could also be the "stuff" it's controlling that has lost the RPM feed somehow? Broken cable? Tried with another fan?

4 sp120s and its well below the 20w per channel this controller puts out.

Did you calculate the spin-up boost these fans might require? It would be well over 20W, I think.
