    1. I have just installed this motherboard,Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H, Intel Z77, S 1155, DDR3, SATA III - 6Gb/s, SATA RAID, PCIe 3.0, D-Sub/ DVI-D/ HDMI, ATX. BIOS version F15. When I try to set the date I cannot set the correct date. The closest I can get is Sunday 6 10 12 when the correct date should be Saturday 06 10 12. The BIOS date says 7 10 12 which is tomorrow which cannot be correct. How can I correct this?

    2. My USB keyboard is not seen by bios, ie if I press delete nothing happens. If I use a ps/2 keyboard I am able to enter bios. How can I use my usb keyboard?

i think the date configuration is mm/dd/yy where as we use dd/mm/yy

you may have to enable usb/plug and play in bios

Can you both confirm that you have the keyboard plugged into the black, USB 2.0 slots rather than the blue USB 3.0 ones? I've used a few Asus boards recently and they came with stickers over the USB 2.0 ports saying to use these for the keyboard and mouse.

I have a gigabyte ud9 and for early bioses the usb keyboard option in the bios was defaulted to disabled.

Finally gig realised default would be best as enabled as most use usb keyboards.

Generaly you just had to use a ps2 to get to bios then enable it in the bios for usb keyboard.

Annoying if you didnt have a ps2 keyboard which i didnt at the time.
