Im looking for a bare, cheap, silver steel case that just cries "mod ME", thing is, I havnt got a clue were to looK!

Most overclockingstore are no good as they tend to seel coolermaster and lian li's, I dont want to spend that much on my first case mod yet (just incase it goes wrong)

so really im looking for a decent place to buy a Mid tower steel case that wants to be modded.

    Anyone got any ideas?

    :blah:

I've actually found pawn shops and thrift stores are good places to go but you do need to search for them cuz sometimes...like 50% of the time they're crap. I'm lucky to live near an electronics pawn shop that specializes in pc's so I can get them for for about 25 dollars apiece durring the summer. Good luck and I hope this bit of info helps :D

You can buy them one by one. Just tried putting it in my shopping cart.

And if you want to sell one for a fiver, I'll take it :D

Just buy the case and rebuild the whole thing piece by piece until the real thing is nowhere to be seen :D

    JNC V70

    15$ without PSU, 30$ with.

    WARNING:
I bought this case, (Stupid me.)
and when it arrived, it had these retarded Internet Explorer logos stamped into BOTH side panels, so unless you want to have windows on both sides... I wouldn't reccomend it.

    There's also the
    Skyhawk 4388
    or the Coedegen 4046-9 Silver

(And I wish I had known about those last 2 before I ordered my last one, which was the JNC. :( )

Yeah I totally bought the JNC - And it does have the IE logos on BOTH sides. I think i am going to cut them both out and have double windows and put a picture behind the motherboard so it looks kinda like a shadow box. Not too sure what else to do with it except make a custom front panel for it...
