I actually asked Jeremy once if Danger Den was an amalgamation of their names and he said it wasn't. I thought he was maybe pulling my leg and said so but he was quite earnest in insisting it wasn't.

Also the 75% the article mentions is not a 75% drop in sales--it's a 75% off sale on all remaining inventory I believe.

Not sad to see them go. Back in the day they had good products but lately I havent even considered using them again.

I had to laugh at Sketchuping accurately.

But sad to see DD going out of business. A relative surprise to me.

My P4 Prescott was cooled by their handy work.
Probably the only chip I ever owned that needed water for a smallish O/C (unless you used those ghastly deltas!!)

Awww, that's a shame. I'll be toasting them with some good scotch tonight I think.
I've been running DD-stuff ever since I first got into watercooling some 11 years ago, and I still have a couple of first gen DD-blocks sitting on my shelf. My CPU-block today is a silver TDX that I bought five years ago, and it still performs magnificently.

Ouch. Another cool small business smacked by the economy. Hopefully they can still work as a general fabrication shop.

I also has a sad :( DD have been a go-to company for me since the very beginning. My own first loop was actually 80% Swiftech, but I'd been using DD parts in other builds for more than a year before that. I'll be really sad to see them go, they have had some awesome products over the years. I feel like making use of some of their limited edition blocks that I have tucked away for a tribute build now.

Anyone know where I could get my hands on a (DD) torture rack?

SO sad to see them go almost all my water cooling stuff is from them. They started this hobbie of water cooling and have used many of Danger Den products over the years.

First abit, and DFI. Now DD. A lot of very good quality manufacturers (IMO) have gone over recent years.

Shame to see you go DD.
