Windows Diablo 3

Oh yea? What happened? I've had an authenticator on mine for years, never a trouble since then.

 

I got an email saying that the email address on my account was being changed, I got online and managed to reset my password via support, so they also locked my account whilst they sent me the link.

Managed to get in as I knew secret question password etc

 

How popular is this game at the moment? Picked it up for £25 and was wondering if anyones up for starting a group and starting at level 1?

A couple of people might start New characters. All mine are 60.

But once you've played through normal and Nightmare you'll prob just want to get to max level.

So pissed off my diablo 3 got banned last night as I was playing and didnt get an email till this morning saying I was using a 3rd party program to bot.

I put a support ticket in just after I got banned and they said this morning that "After a review of your account I can confirm that your Diablo account has been closed due to confirmed use of 3rd party software to bot your Heroes.
Due to this, the account will remain closed. Any open bids or auctions at the time of the account’s closure have been cancelled. Your open bids will be refunded to your original method of payment. Also any heroes or items associated with the account are no longer accessible.
We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to fully enjoy their time spent on Battle.net. "

So it looks like I have waisted all but a month on a game that I now cant play.

I had a few friends that I was trying to get to play after xmas but now im going to tell them not to bother with it.

 

What program were you using?

 

I wasnt using anything but i have had a few viruses thanks to my antivirus ballsing up and had to reinstall windows 3 times. I did look into demonbuddy about 4 months back but couldnt get it working with a day pass so gave up. So yes I have ones used a bot 4 months ago for about 3 hours but it didnt work for me and only cost like 50p so I hadnt lost anything and dont see how that could be the cause of a ban.

 

Well, it's taken what's felt like a life time but I finally made it.



So I'm now available for Ubers and just loot farming runs

Just bought the game last week, having a lot of fun so far. The game is ridiculously easy on Normal though.

Which class would be best to venture into hardcore?

 

Something ranged I'd say. I'd guess Witch Doctor is a good choice as you are ranged and have pets to tank for you. Wiz and Demon Hunter are probably a bit squishy as in, they can be one shot by random things which a WD's pets might soak up.

 

Or Monk for the resistence with One With Everything.

Although... Blizzard already said they think it's too strong, rendering it mandatory for Monk builds. They will somehow alter OWE soon, apparently. Maybe then Monks will not be walking tanks with 800+ all res without breaking a sweat, and 1000+ if you have the gold or luck. Or in HC 800+ if you are good.

 

Got 3 machines if anyone wants in on some ubers cheescake.

 

i really need to play again, im so bad at diablo i got to the 3rd boss and gave up with impatients!
