960GB SSD for under £450 is what i'm seeing around on a number of websites, I believe also a Q1 launch of said drives, which will be available in both standard SSD and MSATA formats.

You guess is a good as mine. The M4 was originally called the C400 though.

Ah. I was wondering about the name too. C300 -> M4 -> M500 confused me no end! :?

    New Ssd looks excellent though!

Hm, hopefully capacity will keep going up and prices dropping. I really want a 512GB drive that isn't going to demolish my wallet.

OCZ are doing a 3.5" SSD as well, up to 2TB. Price is unfortunately sky high :(

This - We currently have 256 GB SSDs at around the £100 mark - I'm waiting for the 512GB drives to hit this point.

Exactly - my Steam drive is a 256GB M4, but it isn't quite big enough, so I have to put things like Origin on my 128GB boot. Ideally I want to swap out to a 256GB as the boot drive, and a 512GB for Steam, Origin etc.

Another year or so I reckon.
