Planning RaspberryPi dimension question

    I'm about to give the RaspberryPi competetion a go.
    Since I don't own an RP myself, I'll have to depend on drawings. In the dimensions-guide (here:)http://images.bit-tech.net/content_images/2013/01/bit-tech-raspberry-pi-case-competition/dimensions.png
    there's this block, I don't know what is. It's not on the sketchup-models available.

    How far does this stick out?

    Also, what's the total width and length, including the different plugholes?
    The drawing says 56*88mm, but is that usb's and whatnot included?

    That block you have circled is to allow for the SD card, which on my pi extends by 17mm away from the edge. Hope that helps :D
