Planning Made to Order 80mm Fan grills

Is there any place that I could submit a design and have grills made for me? I need 4 80mm grills for a project and I know that cutting them all out would be a nightmare

 

Looks like I have to cut it myself

I second that....get ahold of Bill at MNPCtech.com and see what he is willing to do. They have a full CNC setup, and they already make customized fan grills, so it shouldn't be that big a deal for them to make one to your designs

and no, I don't work for them, I just appreciate what they do

 

I know a bloke that does laser cutting he's done a few grills for me and a few other people here not sure about post to the US though PM me if you want his email address I'm sure he would be cheaper than MNPCTech

 

Unless he's in the US, then it wouldnt be. My laser cutter is down for the count and will be rebuilt here shortly, but probably not in time to cut your grills. I did the grills for the John Hanlon charity build.
