    Haven't done anything yet but I keep watching vids on YouTube of static jet engines made from old turbocharger running on propane.

    I've just about convinced myself I could do this safely...

    Someone I knew built one but it was very inconsistent, starting and running erratically.

    Blackstone Engines are fun... ;-)

    Just watch out for the multi-ton flywheels... they hurt.

    :lol::lol::lol:

    They have a very deep sound, kinda unique among the horizontal engines. You got one?

    I would love to find a small petrol but they are kinda scarce in SA.

    I bought a Lister G2 engine yesterday :D

    I explore abandoned Mines, I have access to a few, but I don't own one, as I think my Landlord would throw a ****-fit if I parked a Morse or similar in my front garden.

    Have you taken any pictures?

    Lol, engines do get messy. Even with the pressure cleaner, the driver is a mess :sigh:
