So today I started off by double checking the PSU before doing any work to it.

    Not too shabby.

    First cable done.

    Test fitting.

    Found it a bit tight.

Lots of the Seasonic PSU cables require having 2 cables in 1 slot.
Had to try figure this out.

    Think it came out ok.

    Looking good I think.

So after playing a bit I found that the 2 cables in 1 would not be able to fit in.
So re-did the cables using the heatshrinkless method.
    Looks really clean.

    Took some shots of it.

    Some more test fittings.

You can see the middle white cable is so much thicker, this is the one with 2 cables in 1.

Also thought I would take the time to show you where im coming from:

I really need to get a macro lense.
I will borrow my bro in-laws macro lense and then take some better pics.

But think they are looking nice now.

    Finished the 24pin.

    Looks pretty good I think.
Even considering the double cables in one.

Also got hold of my brothers Macro Lense.
    Was playing around.

Fitted the mobo to the tray, and did some testing.
Just making sure it all fits fine with the actual hardware.

    I/O Shield fitted.

    Mobo fitted.

    GPU.

Testing the LED's under the tray.
Remember it will be lined below under the tray.
Also the LED's are not stuck down, so 1 or 2 of them twisted.
    But you get the idea.

    Daylight shot.

    Nighttime shot.

    Finished the 8pin CPU.

    That's all for now :)

If everything comes out as tidy as that first cable, then maybe you don't need to hide them.
Brass ring compression fitting... 1: I didn't know anyone made these for computers. 2: Are you up to some hard line shenanigans?

    Well maybe ;)

Yup using Copper pipe, and will probably get them nickle plated :)

The fittings are Koolance fittings. Pretty good I think, just waiting for a bunch more.
Also have some other new WC things coming :)

You could use the copper pipe and clear coat them after they are cut, bent, and polished I love the look of clean copper!

Ye it will be between polished and lacquered copper or nickel plated.
Not 100% sure which way I will go yet.

I also think polished copper pipe then clear coated to protect the surface is the way to go, copper looks so nice with wood IMO. great design by the way...

    Small update.

    Some more fittings arrived.
Its a mixture of Bitspower and Koolance (for the copper pipe).
Still waiting on a few 60 degree Bitspower fittings.

Getting incredibly difficult to source in the UK these days.

    So mixture of fittings:

Playing around with fitting the 2x EK res.
Its using Bitspower SLI fittings at the bottom, so you will see the liquid going between the Res :)

I will do the same to the top:

    Thats all for now.
Hopefully soon I will start doing some proper work on it again.

What fittings are you using for the copper pipe?
So far I used the Bitspower C47 (the ones you use on your res) but they are sold out pretty much everywhere... I need to get some more before the weekend! I'm probably gonna visit some plimbing stores around and ask them...
