Other What's ruining your life right now?

Have a maths exam tomorrow morning, (annoying having an exam on the Saturday anyway), but housemates have gone out and I know they're going to be loud getting back in. I need sleep! Don't want to put earplugs in in case I miss my alarm, but know I'll be woken at ridiculous o'clock otherwise.

Oh well, hopefully their lack of work ethic will reflect in their marks.

yeah, pretty much. I think she's moved onto the first album now, can't really tell but it did go quiet for a while.

 

Friends were supposed to be here at 7pm for the hockey game / celebrate my b-day which was on Wednesday. It is now 8:50pm, still on my own. Guess I'll just have to crack open the bottle and start on my own. This is depressing.

Trying to understand how custom post types, taxonomies, work and putting them altogether

It's like thinking of a way around it testing something, then about 50 other thoughts pop up telling me to do it a different way,

 

Urgh! Wordpress, the so called "quick" CMS that actually takes years because you really want a custom theme. I found it quicker to just code in HTML and forget CMS.

 

Graphics card is going kaput, It's artifacting even in BIOS.

I don't even know what new card to get, all i know is my budget is around £300 (350 max)

More online banking problems, delayed payments going in and out and some of my sales have fallen through because the buyer won't pay cross border Paypal fees as agreed.
Still waiting for monitors to be returned and now my NAS was DOA.
And after exchanging graphics cards yesterday in another frantic rush to get rooms set up, I'll probably have to do it again thanks to yet more multi monitor issues. And even then, I'll be in a rush to return them in the 7 day period along with my NAS because I can only go next saturday. And even then, I think I'm going to have to fork out for a third monitor which wouldn't be a bad thing if it wasn't for all these payment issues.
And starting tuesday, it begins the month of GCSEs.

I had no idea that you could an exam in a specific religious genre!

 

I did multiple times with my philosophy degree, and then again as a Christian counselor. All depends on what you're studying. Many history students end up taking a class on a world religion to help them see how it influenced (and sometimes drove) the culture of the country they're studying.
