In the meantime that the glue to dry we pass to the disassembly of components from ovecchio me pc, motherboard, and heat sink which i had to modify the bracket because of the great asus has done a bracket that does not enter into this motherboard despite both also asus, that wonder of engineers that have

Because the heat sink should not be mounted as in the photo above but how do I see in this

    Here's the offending bracket

    It rests on the heatsink

And then track with the sparks

    And this is the result

    Prepared the motherboard support

    Test FILTHY sink

    Stay tuned ;)

    opps The glue has dried

I have started to cut the curves of the panel, which will be on the motherboard, on this photo, and only a sketch must be finished

But let us go forward with the up yesterday I completed the excavation of the cpu heat sink and the first video card, it's a pity i had hoped that the heat sink of the vga saw better anyway here are the photos

    Excavation finished vga

I do a little digging up second vga and small excavation for network card and the on board of the mobo is burned out

I don't know if you can see it is very small but there was also need for her of the excavation

I had to remake the side panel on the right because the curves left were unsuitable to the other panel as you can see in the photo

Taken up a panel of a old houses, putty ...

    ... Sanded ...

And cut, thus it should be much better

I started to do the excavations for power cables here under the two holes for the two vga

I have also finished the two panels on the right

    Test the case without hardware
    [IMG]

    stay tuned ;)

    thanks a lot guys

Small advance of sleeving and draft available cables inside the computer case (i still have finish) amalgamation of the cables inside the power supply box, i had to overcome in this way to gain space because the cover came out of my a little short, the clips will be changed from white to black

and finally, I started grouting the top
front, so to speak what I had taken a hammer time ago

I sanded and polished cuts plexi orange and the transparent rear panel of the mobo and pedestals, attacked the mask of the logo and buttons

and began to cover the edges for painting

    I gave a primer

and I adapted to a "camp oven" to dry the primer

here it is finally painted: ClapClap: of course I still have to learn a lot about painting, and the result is not what I dreamed of but still very acceptable so I'm happy with what I managed to do at least remedy this step is finished

stay tuned for the final stages of the mod ;)

settle the mask of the front, these holes do not let them so true?

I recovered the old front of the case to cut the net on the side

tested on the mask but they were a bit 'high and then I cut them to bend in a small excavation

here is the mesh insert folded

    two points of hot glue

and this is the picture of the front as it was returned

then I dedicated to the fan cover / power supply

    prepared for cuts

I made some holes for the saw blade

    first cut

and carvings made for the power supply

    and .... done

let's take a nice shot of lime and fine sandpaper and here is the final result

    stay tuned ;)

I go along with the latest processing

I made the front for milling

    milling

and here it is the front

and ... front with logo and buttons for a global vision

I made two small circuits to connect parallel the various LEDs and LED strip around the case

primary circuit current that will lead to another also
    circuit

    second circuit

and finally I wired the writer, was a challenge solder the wires on the button and led smd but it all went well

    excavation for lighting

    led strip connected

    test

    inclusion in the panel

    and ....

the rear panel of the left,

    LED strips inserted

and this is the back of the front with the LED strip inserted

entering the burner and part of the panel

    illuminated front

these days I rearranged all the lighting and this is the last picture of the structure with the power supply and fan cover lighted cover, it is not what I expected but that's okay

I placed both power circuits of LEDs and placed in their seats

    above the basket hd

    and under the feeder

final settlement of the front with sleeving and assembled with the structure

    proof lighting ...

    ready for assembly

    stay tuned ;)
