I hear the freeruns are good, for running only though. I wanted a cross-trainer since I like do a lot of sports and whatnot, so the extra support would be better for me. I see a lot of people using those at the gym for squats / lifts because they're rather flat and low.

Reviews for the Saucony's are good too, so I'm looking forward to it.

I never said they weren't good. They just seem too flashy for a studio. Probably why they are popular with thieves.

Anyway, just paid part of the total for the setup below (pick-up in 1.5 months because we won't move before that and there's no point in putting them in the current flat):

Additionally a pair of stands and 5m of cables. Can't bloody wait!

@Yaka, I was going to get the fitbit bracelet (ended up holding off) and though that one isn't as convenient as the bracelet, it also tracks stairs climbed because it has both the accelerometer and altimeter, making it more accurate then the other fitbit offerings that don't have the altimeter.

A little present for myself. I have wanted this watch for quite a while, and I thought, that with my recent promotion and my own little side business going so well, I damn well earned it!

Congrats Neil, prepare to get addicted! I've taken over 3000 shots since I got the 400D last month, bought a tripod, charger, extra batteries and am now looking at which lens to buy first >.<

Galaxy S3 for a very very low price.

A pretty nice upgrade if I do say so myself.

Bought an Intel NUC along with a 128 gig SSD, 8 gigs of RAM and a WiFi card. This little thing rocks! So much power in such a small device. And the VESA mount is even included.

Oh, and when you open the box a photo-sensitive audio player plays the Intel theme song. (Scared me at first, but it is quite nify, might use it as a doorbell in the house.)
