Hi, do you guys reckon Royal Mail Special Delivery would be OK for sending in my GTX 770 for RMA? If not, who should I use? Cheers!

IIRC that's the only method you can use if you want any kind of proof that -

    1. They received it.
    2. It ever arrived.

However I would look at Interparcel (dot com). I sent a Bose Waveradio over to Germany a few months back and it was reasonable (£21 fully insured for £500). RM SD is about £19 on a GPU as I have sent a couple back to Holland.

I assume it's going to Germany yes?

That's correct, EVGA RMA is based in Germany. Thanks for the link, they look good.

Can't you return to the retailer? Or was it a step up?

Royal Fail stop tracking parcels as soon as they leave the UK as I found out when sending something to New Zealand... when asked why the tracking info hadn't been updated their response was 'Oh we only track stuff in the UK, once it leaves the UK we stop tracking it...'

Big internationals like FedEx and UPS are pretty reliable for Europe, but their retail rates aren't cheap.

Interparcel use DPD who are, IMO, the best courier ATM.

Just had to RMA a card to EVGA, used DPD as it was the cheapest that offered a reliable service and a decent level of insurance!
