    Well, quite. But its main aim really is to teach guitar, which should be somewhat genre agnostic. Not like there's a funksmith or bluessmith.

    I see what you're saying but I think the core setlist needs to appeal to the majority with less popular genres catered for with dlc. To be honest they would have benefitted from having some metallica and blink 182 in there; they have typically been the most searched for tabs on the 'net so it follows that people probably want to learn these songs the most.

    Any news on if they have improved the timelag between you playing a note on your guitar and the sound coming from the speakers?

    Wasn't the lag limited to console versions? I've got the original on PC (hardly played it yet, sadly) and don't remember any lag, but did read about it from console users before purchasing.

    They've reduced it to the point where they claim it's not the software's fault, but point out that if you use HDMI out and a laggy TV it'll still be present - just an inherent limitation of the hardware.
