Red stuff? There was red stuff in there?

Ok, With that done, I'm finished with everything but getting it shipped to the UK.
It's been stripped down, trussed up, and wrapped in packing. With this and other stuff finished, I have been tearing into the long overdue post-project cleaning.

Thanks for watching. It's been fun.
Thanks again to Intel and BitTech for giving me something to do.:D

Such a fantastically high quality finish. The subtle colour within the acetate layers is a really nice touch. Very well done to an artisan modder.

I finally understand why you're such a (notorious) legend around the BT forums. That quality of finish, the showmanship of the build all of the way up to the completion. It's like an old master putting the last touches into his canvas. The mounting of that little screen is flawless as well; especially for such a simple mount.

And you're not confident about your electronic work; you should be. Everything is great and well placed. Definitely not the cleanest around, but it all works and hidden from view; I don't think it matters too much.

Well done Cheaps, I certainly learned a lot from this. Definitely my favourite NUC entry.

See now this looks really great, I was wondering how you were going to pull it all together.

Oh, you haven't heard? They have changed the contest location to Australia. I'll PM the correct address.:naughty:

AWESOME! Very 1984ish. Would look great on my desktop and be used for nothing except eye candy. :thumb:

    Thanks.:D

 Honestly, I don't know where it's to go yet, But I doubt you'd want the case without the hardware like Intel does. Imagine that - They have spare motherboards there?

Congratz on a very fine piece Cheaps! I like the design, especially that big alu-axis in the middle. Gives the build a contrast in material, which is needed with all that black acrylic. It's a very unique and good looking little build.

Brilliant Cheaps, The design is amazing and the build quality awesome ... all the builds in the Intel competition have been brilliant.

You definitely brought something different to the party, I don't know how anyone can separate the builds and pick a winner ..impossible

    Flipping awesome Cheaps

    Thanks!:D
    @Asouter - I thought we already won?
@QuizzKid - Stainless steel.;) I wished I could have kept it shiny, but the tube is just a tiny bit off-round, apparently. It caused the fit to be insanely tight, then suddenly slip like it had struck butter. Some roughing was necessary.
@Crapman - "kiosk" was an image I had in mind. Once I get time, I WILL get it set up for jukebox duty.
