I've got that one. Parents bought it for me last Christmas.

In other news I recently purchased an Xbox One (wife pre-ordered it for me :thumb:) and tonight I'm picking up a Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch Medium to replace my old and knackered Bamboo Fun.

Oh dear lord, I just paid £45 for a Furby. Imagine my utter horror when my wonderful lady said she'd love one for Christmas, then me finding out they're £65 !!

    £65!!!?!?!! what the hell?

I managed to find one on Ebay for £45, so am hoping it arrives. Glad I don't have kids tbh.

Still, that only leaves me the cupcake/donut making machine for £35 and she's all done for pressies.

Edit. And I really hope she doesn't read this as it kinda screws the surprise lmao.

Give it a few months and you'll be looking at upgrading to a bigger model. I thought my 46" Philips with ambilight was big when I first got it, now I'm looking at 55-65" TVs now they've come down in price a lot in the last year. I'll probably wait till OLED/4k tech takes a nosedive before I decide to pull the trigger though.

I know that feeling. We were looking at a 40 inch tv, ended up buying a 50 inch panasonic plasma for my parents last christmas. We thought 50 would be enough, set it up in the new basement and from where our couches are positioned, it looks small. Damn it would be nice to have a 60-65 there. I also bought a 40 for my room, and watching movies in bed, it looks rather small. 1st world problems anyone?

I had a 55" that I bought just before I moved back. Moving back was a spur of the moment thing, as was the purchase of the tv. Needless to say, I kinda wish the TV I got this time was also a 55, but sometimes you have to decide whether you'd rather have a better quality tv, than a bigger one. My 55" LG had the usual backlight bleed issues. The Samsung I got, has no such issues. You get what you pay for tbh.

I spent the £100 cashback, on a samsung entry level home cinema. £165. So £65 for that, £709 for the tv. I could have gone for a tablet and sold it on, but I figured I'd want a home cinema eventually.
