Not mod of the month, nor do i want to be nominated, i do not class this as a mod, nor class myself as a "modder" i like to think of myself as a "builder" i take components, hardware and little bits from here and there and i make it into a working build, i try to take pride in my work, take time to plan everything out, do my wiring/sleeving, my loop, to try and keep everything clean and tidy. But with the boring bit out the way, this is my new build in Compact Splash number 89 i7 2600k, evga 780, 16gb dominator plat c9 1866, ek fittings (plus one koolance QDC for drain), EK blocks, EK 240+120, eloop 120mm fans, silverstone 450w fully modular sfx psu, 240gb samsung evo pro. (Yes i know i like ek) Temps are about 24 degrees idol, and about 30 under load. Sorry about the potato pictures, shall take some better ones this weekend @ LANNNNNNN Here is some info on the case, lovingly made by the amazing "SLE" http://www.overclock.net/t/1372677/compact-splash-watercooling-optimized-mitx-case-sold-out http://www.craftograph.com/compactsplash/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=50
Man, I love that case. It's what inspired me to do my own scratch build. I also love clear tubing with clear coolant. I plan on using that myself. Are those 19mm OD tubes? The built in access to the WC loop is great too. I see you used one of those Koolance quick disconnects for the drain. Those are bad ass. I'm looking for an excuse to use one of those myself. The only criticism I have are those panel gaps in the corners those are really not necessary.
