Hi guys, I’m new to this forum although I do browse most days. I've decided that since I have finished my Build I would post it up here.
The idea was to build a nice desk and yes we have all seen quite a few posted but I didn’t want to follow the same idea that most have when it comes to the squareness of the front so after a first failed attempt last year I decided to go with the new design.

So the first build Project Abyss turned out looking well rather unfinished

So here goes, Project Abyss – The Awakening

I have reused just about everything from the previous build as it was all mostly new I have however added more parts in the way of reservoirs and an extra pump along with a 2nd fan controller and extra fans but now to the build.

    Gaming Rig
    • ASUS Rampage IV Formula
    • Intel Core i7 3820
    • Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866Mhz
    • Gainward GTX 680
    • Antec 900W PSU
    • Samsung 840pro 256GB SSD
    • Western Digital 1TB & 2TB HDD

    Media Server
    • Asus Sabertooth x58
    • Intel Core i7 930
    • G.Skill Ripjaw 1600Mhz
    • Asus GT 210
    • Samsung Evo 840 120GB SSD
    • 2x 3TB HDD Western Digital
    • 1x 2TB HDD Hitachi

    Cooling
    • Provided By EK-Waterblock from last build
      [*]2 Coolstream XTX radiators
      [*]Waterblock
      [*]Gpu Block
      [*]Fittings & 6 38mm Scyth Ultra Kaze 3000rpm Fans
    • Phobia 400mm Balancer Reservoir
    • 2 Alpha Cool Lighttower LT
    • 2 EKWB DCP 2.2 Pumps
    • 4 Scyth GlideStream 1900RPM Fans
    • Antec Kuhler H2O 620
Soon to be added an ASUS G-sync Monitor

The first part of the mod was simple cut and build

Than measure and make sure everything will fit

Than the paint I wanted to go something different as most desk mods are painted black I went with nice high gloss gunmetal

And then months later finally managed to get it inside and begin fitting the 2 computers and set up the water-cooling loop

And this is how it looked after fitting the first computer and filling the loop for the first time

    And now all finished

    Hope you like the mod

    Thats Awesome bud.
as for the 3 monitors thinking maybe a single 29/34" ultra wide or 2 27" monitors 1 G-Sync one normal and a TV over the top have a spare 40" sitting in the shed so will see what happens when they get around to releasing the g-sync monitors
