I sold my 16-35 F4 VR. Wasn't getting any use and was only really being used for a handful of shots a year so. Also sold my SB-800. Right now I've got

    Nikon D5100 with 18-55 VR
    Nikon D700
    Nikon 24-70 F2.8 AF-S
    Nikon 70-200 F2.8 VRII
    Nikon 85 1.8D
Nikon Micro Nikkor 105 F2.8 manual focus
    Nikon 50mm 1.8 AF-D
    Nikon 35mm F2 AF-D
    Nikon SB-900.

I don't use my gear much these days as I've gone off taking pictures of random things or hunting for things to take photos of. My D5100 gets taken with me usually since there's the benefit of shooting video if needs be and it's less heavy to carry around. Still, the D700 is a much nicer camera to use, and it's not worth selling when you think what a D800 costs.

    Nikon D3200
    Nikon 18-55 AF-S DX f/3.5
    Nikon 55-200 AF-S DX VR f/4
Sigma 10-20 EX DC HSM f/4
    Nikon WU-1b

    Itching for a f/1.8...

I've got those clips on my Fuji x100 shoulder straps. Together with (n)ever-ready leather case. I can go out without needing a camera bag. Remove the shoulder straps for putting the x100 into Mrs handbag.

Newest addition for me is 70-200 F4 L IS and Yongnuo Yn-560 III.

    Current photography setup:
    - Fuji x100 all rounder
    - 5D mark 2
    - 17-40 f4 L
    - 70-200 f4 L IS
    - Yongnuo Yn-560 III manual off camera, works with Fuji and Canon
    - Canon 270ExII on camera

    On reserve:
    - 24-105 f4 L IS (5D's single lens lens)
    - 85mm f1.8 (x100 35mm + full frame 85mm is a nice light weight combo. Also my sharpest lens for 5D)
    - Canon 430ExII and Yongnuo Yn-622c
    - Tamron 70-300 f4.5-5.6 terrible telephoto not worth effort of selling

Happy with my setup at the moment. Need to shoot more, recent house purchase and large amount of DIY jobs is eating into my photography time. :(

Just got a Sony NEX-3N. It's entry level compared to what I saw here, but this is my first non-compact camera :D (and it has replacable lenses). Very impressed with it and I have the proof I can take good photos with an half decent cam
