    1. The plastic will make it more difficult. Whatever rotary tool you use will have to have variable speed so that you can cut through the plastic slowly. high rpms will melt it.

    3. paint sticks well to plastic as long as you rough it up a bit with sandpaper

    just a mistake. I was trying to respond to another thread. Sorry, it was 7:00 am where I was and I could hardly see straight.
