..suddenly my new Corsair 450D doesn't seem quite so sexy :(

..is there anyway to justify replacing the case on a PC only built 4wks ago?

..and more to the point, what the hell would I do with the 450D.

It comes in white too you know. In any case, the exterior lighting and extra design tidbits make this much more interesting to look at than say a 750D.

About as innovative as a box shaped car with four wheels. I mean, what the hell do they think they are doing?

On a serious note I have to say that I really like this case and what Phanteks have done with it. It makes me wonder though that if they can get the styling of this so right, how can they get their coolers so wrong?

I really like my Enthoo Pro, and I don't think I would have paid extra for the Luxe. However, I understand the point raised - if you're upgrading from a more recent case, there might not be such a compelling difference. I upgraded from a HAF 922 Dustmagnet, so for me...

Am I missing something here, how can that be a PWM fan controller if it only has 3pin sockets??

I am thinking that the controller has 4 pins and adjusts the voltages accordingly to adjust the speeds of standard 3 pin fans.

4 pin connection to the CPU fan header, 3 pin to distribution

Yeah, it uses the signal from the CPU header to control the speed of all attached fans.
