Unable to connect to server.. said that the server is outdated..

Odd.. Will try a older client..

On another note, If you guys have recently noticed that in my sig, I have a new computer..

I think i also discovered an issue with my old computer prior to Black Fox.. Will test it later on when I get enough cash to get a new hard drive and OS SSD disk to try my theory.. Hopefully that the computer will be resurrected soon..

Highly possible. Server is still running 1.7.9 while 1.8 is out. You will have to change your profile settings and pick version 1.7.9 for the client to connect.

I can not update the server because Mojang and the Bukkit team are at war (like I said earlier). We will have to see how this turns out.

Singleplayer for 5 weeks until XM is back from USA?

 

Seems to be back online, with only a little bit of lag..

 

It seems to be the map - thingy that causes the lag.
Should I ask XM to turn off the map?

I'd rather live with the lag at the moment.

 

I'll be on Minecraft shortly.. just need to get my account back up and running on my computer.

 

So apparently Microsoft is looking at buying Mojang..... I do hope someone's mixed up the dates with 1st April.

U guys think that's why XM went to Microsoft-land? To prevent "The Big Bad Softies" to buy our beloved minecraft?

But it's too late.. They bought Minecraft for 2.5 Billion.

 

Quite a few people was playing last night - but there was lag, and we lost connection some times.
Time to contact XM?
I (&JR) got his Email, and we can ask him to reboot (somone suggested that) before "prime time" tonight?

 

Lag was getting quite bad - cave diving, and Zombies would stop still - I'd run away, and then would get the "You're dead" screen.

It was getting a bit frustrating.

 

I wrote to XM yesterday.
heard nothing yet, but then he IS on vacation ;-)
